We Need Quidditch Players!
Fancy donning a cape and mounting a broom to play the greatest sport known to Muggles and Wizards alike?
Then play for us in One Moment’s upcoming Quidditch Tournament!
The games will be held on October 19th, from 12-3, just in time for Halloween. A $2 sign-up fee per player is requested. All proceeds will go towards helping children living with AIDS and HIV.
We are still in need of players! Send a message through our Contact Form or to society@one-moment.org - let me know what position you are interested in (we’ll try to accommodate everyone’s preference, but as we already have an influx of Beaters that may not be possible). We’ll slot you into a team. If you are a quick runner, consider signing up as a Snitch Runner - a crowd favourite and the ultimate prize of Seekers everywhere.
Do NOT worry if you haven’t played before, this sport has been kept a secret to Muggles for far too long. A Quidditch info session will be held in the near future where we will go over the rules and have a costume-making session. There will be time to practise before lifting off for the real thing.
